CINOGEL Gellan Gum Applications/Usages: Maple gel


Maple gel


· 50 g maple syrup
· 250 g cold water
· 3 g gellan gum (1.0%)
Hydrate the gellan in cold water. Boil the maplesyrup. Blend together and chill.
